What exactly is KitchenBlock?

At KitchenBlock, we are a kitchen design company that sells ready-made kitchen sets. Each set is perfect for property investors, young homeowners, and renters alike. The sets include the essentials that individuals need for their kitchen, including appliances, shelves, cabinets, sinks, handles, and more.

Which appliances are included in KitchenBlock?

KitchenBlock sets include an oven, stovetop, and range hood. The biggest size (3.6m) also include a dishwasher. Refrigerators and microwaves can be purchased separately.

Can I purchase and install my own appliances into the KitchenBlock set?

We are currently expanding our appliance brands.

KitchenBlock sets are specifically designed to provide the greatest possible savings, therefore customisation is limited.

For instance, the quartz bench top comes with cuts tailored made for our stovetops in order to save you installations costs. Your own stovetop could potentially not fit properly in the kitchen, therefore we strongly recommend for you to get the complete kitchen set first and changing the appliances later, if this is something you might be interested to do.

Contact us in case you wish to purchase one of our kitchens without 1 or more appliances.

Please note: the cost of the appliances will not be deducted from the total cost of the kitchen set.

How will I receive my KitchenBlock set?

Currently, our sets are available exclusively online via courier shipment. As we expand, we will consider adding in-store purchasing options.

What KitchenBlock sizes are available?

The 4 size options are: 200x60x220cm, 260x60x220cm, 300x60x220cm and 360x60x220cm.

(The height can differ depending on installation requirements).

As we expand, we will offer additional sizing options. If you don’t see the size that you are looking for, reach out to us using our contact page. In doing so, we’ll add you to our list and notify you when we have your size available.

Does KitchenBlock offer corners or island counters?

At this time, we offer neither corners nor islands. However, our islands designs have just been approved by the factory and they will be available for purchase by June.

Can I get a different colour than what’s listed on the product page?

Not at the moment.

If you don’t see your desired colour on our product page, consider reaching out to us using our contact page. Your input will help us decide which new colours to add to our list.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE in all Illawarra and Sydney Metro!

If you need shipment in a different area please contact us first and we will send you a customised quote.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes we do!

The average kitchen installation fee in Australia is $100-$200 per cabinet/appliance and $200-$500 per benchtop.

By choosing us, you will only pay a very special flat fee of $999, no matter the size of the kitchen!

This fee includes installation of cabinets, appliances, benchtop, pantry, toekick, shelves and hardware.

It does not include labour costs for electrical and plumbing.

Can I purchase extra cabinets?

Yes but only if you have already purchased a kitchen set from us.

What is the lead time for delivery?

Actual time frames may vary from state to state approximately between 15-30 business days and may take longer for WA and NT.

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 some delivery times may be affected. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 30 days. During peak and promotional times, please allow a few extra business days for dispatch.

Do you have warranty?

Yes we have 12 months warranty for all our products.

During this Limited Warranty Period, KitchenBlock Pty Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship;

- any non-structural defects.
